Yes. Every chapter can be finished with free lessons, problems, labs and tests, and the Live Series exams are free.

I reloaded the page in a test. Did I lose time?

The clock runs on our server from the moment you begin, so a reload gives no extra time but loses nothing either: every answer is saved as you give it.

My internet dropped during an exam.

Your saved answers are submitted for you when the time ends. If your attempt was held for leaving the screen, you can appeal once from your result page.

How do I prove my certificate is real?

Every certificate has a number and a QR code. Scanning it, or typing the number on the Certificates page, opens it on StemPy Lab.

My child is under 18. What is different?

A parent or guardian approves the account by email. Until then they can learn and practise but not post. Only a first name is shown to others.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. Install it from your browser's menu and it opens full screen from its own icon, like an app.
