Try it on paper first. A hint, the key idea and the worked solution are here when you need them.
A farmer starts a poultry farm with two sheds. One shed will supply eggs and the other will supply meat. Which kind of hen should go in each shed, and which kind needs feed that is rich in protein and has enough fat for fast growth?
Layers give eggs and broilers give meat. Composite fish culture rears catla (top), rohu (middle), mrigal and common carp (bottom) and grass carp (weeds) in one pond, and hatcheries give pure fish seed. Fish die before harvest, so fewer fish are caught than were stocked.
Have you tried it?
Work it out on paper first. It is fine to get stuck or make a mistake: that is how we learn. When you are ready, go through the solution one step at a time, and check each step against your own.
Step 1. The egg shed. Hens kept for eggs are layers.
Step 2. The meat shed. Hens kept for meat are broilers.
Step 3. The feed. The feed of broilers is rich in protein with enough fat, for fast growth.
Answer: layers for eggs, broilers for meat, and the feed rich in protein and fat is for the broilers.
