Try it on paper first. A hint, the key idea and the worked solution are here when you need them.
A farm keeps layer hens. On an ordinary day, out of every hens lay an egg. How many eggs are laid in a day, and in a week? An egg sells for rupees. What is the income from eggs in a week?
Layers give eggs and broilers give meat. Composite fish culture rears catla (top), rohu (middle), mrigal and common carp (bottom) and grass carp (weeds) in one pond, and hatcheries give pure fish seed. Fish die before harvest, so fewer fish are caught than were stocked.
Have you tried it?
