Energy kept in ATP

Here is a small table of ways of respiring glucose, with the ATP that each way earns. You will work out the energy kept, the share that it is of the glucose energy, and the best way.

The idea. One mole of glucose holds $2870$ kJ, and one mole of ATP holds $30.5$ kJ.

Your tasks.

1. Finish kept. It gives the energy kept in ATP, in kJ, when mol moles of glucose each earn atp ATP.
2. Finish share. It gives the per cent of the glucose energy that is kept.
3. Set best to the name of the way with the largest share.
