Reading the respiratory quotient

A list gives the oxygen taken in and the carbon dioxide released by five lots of seeds, in mL. You will find the RQ of each, guess the substrate, and count the lots that are respiring mostly fat.

The idea. RQ below 0.8: fat. From 0.8 to below 0.95: protein or a mixture. Up to 1.05: carbohydrate. Above 1.05: organic acid.

Your tasks.

1. Finish rq. It gives the carbon dioxide divided by the oxygen.
2. Finish substrate. It gives "fat", "protein", "carbohydrate" or "organic acid" for an RQ, by the limits above.
3. Set fats to the number of lots whose substrate is fat.
