ATP from the chain

The electron transport system gives 3 ATP for each NADH and 2 ATP for each FADH2. Two protons pass through ATP synthase for each ATP. You will write three small functions and one check.

The idea. Each carrier gives two electrons, and two electrons reduce half an oxygen molecule to one water.

Your tasks.

1. Finish atp_made. It gives the ATP from nadh NADH and fadh2 FADH2.
2. Finish oxygen_used. It gives the oxygen molecules that the same carriers use.
3. Finish protons_needed. It gives the protons that must pass through F0 for atp ATP.
