Five flowers are listed with their sepals, petals, stamens and carpels, and whether the carpels are joined. You will write the symbol for a gynoecium, build the formula of every flower, and find the flowers with many stamens.
The idea. Joined carpels go in brackets, such as G(2). Free carpels are written G2. A single carpel cannot be joined, so it is written G1.
