Roots by system

A list gives ten plants with their group and their root system. You will count the plants with each root system, list the plants with a tap root system, and find the share with a fibrous root system. Then the program draws the counts.

The idea. Each plant is a dicot or a monocot. It has a tap root system or a fibrous root system.

Your tasks.

1. Set counts to a dictionary of each root system and the number of plants that have it.
2. Set tap_plants to the names of the plants with a tap root system, in the order of the list.
3. Set share_fibrous to the per cent of plants with a fibrous root system.
