Blue and red litmus papers are dipped into five liquids, and their colours are written down. You will write a function that says whether a liquid is acidic, basic or neutral from the two colours, use it on every liquid, and list the bases.
The idea. An acid turns blue litmus red. A base turns red litmus blue. A neutral liquid changes neither.
Your tasks.

Do the tasks in the editor first, and run the checker after each one. Its hints help when a check fails. When you are ready, compare your code with this solution.
