The pH of everyday liquids

The pH of eight everyday liquids is listed. You will write a function that says whether each is acidic, neutral or basic, colour the bars of a chart by it, and find the most acidic and the most basic liquid.

The idea. Below pH $7$ is acidic, $7$ is neutral and above $7$ is basic.

Your tasks.

1. In kind, return "acidic", "neutral" or "basic" for a pH.
2. Fill colours with "red" for acidic, "green" for neutral and "blue" for basic, one for each liquid.
3. Find most_acidic and most_basic, the names of the liquids at the two ends.
