The summary machine

You will build a function that summarises any list of numbers: how many, the mean, the median, the range and a chance. Then it summarises the month, and the definition of a hot day is yours to choose.

The idea. A summary gives the centre, the spread and a chance, with the number of values, so a reader can judge it.

Your tasks.

1. In summary, set mean and median.
2. Set rng to the largest value minus the smallest.
3. In chance, return the share of the values for which test(v) is true.
