Graph the month

The month of 30 days is in two lists: the temperatures and the rainy days. You will split the temperatures into rainy and dry days, and count how many days had each temperature. Then the program draws a line graph with the rainy days marked, and a bar for each temperature.

The idea. Day $d$ is at position $d - 1$ in the list, because a list counts from 0.

Your tasks.

1. Set rainy to the temperatures of the rainy days, in order.
2. Set dry to the temperatures of the other days, in order.
3. Fill counts with how many days had each temperature from 27 to 35.
