A cell has 2n chromosomes in G1. You will write a function that gives the chromosomes, the DNA molecules and the DNA content at each stage of the cycle.
The idea. S phase doubles the DNA molecules but not the chromosomes. At anaphase the chromatids are counted as chromosomes. The DNA content in C is the DNA molecules divided by n, which is half of 2n.
Your tasks.
counts(n2, stage). It gives a tuple of three numbers: the chromosomes, the DNA molecules and the DNA content in C.kinetochores(n2). It gives the number of kinetochores in a cell at metaphase.per_pole(n2). It gives the chromosomes that move to each pole in anaphase.Have you tried it?
Do the tasks in the editor first, and run the checker after each one. Its hints help when a check fails. When you are ready, compare your code with this solution.
