A cell is a dictionary with four numbers. The size is compared with the size needed. The damage is the number of unrepaired breaks in the DNA. The copied number is the share of the DNA copied at G2. The attached number is the share of the chromosomes joined to the spindle. You will write a judge for the three checkpoints.
The rules of this model. The G1 checkpoint passes a cell if its size is at least 1 and it has fewer than 3 breaks. The G2 checkpoint passes a cell if 100 per cent of the DNA is copied and it has fewer than 3 breaks. The spindle checkpoint passes a cell if 100 per cent of the chromosomes are attached.
Your tasks.
g1_ok. It gives True if the cell passes the G1 checkpoint.g2_ok. It gives True if the cell passes the G2 checkpoint.verdict. It gives the name of the first checkpoint that stops the cell: "G1", "G2" or "spindle", or "divides" if it passes all three.Have you tried it?
Do the tasks in the editor first, and run the checker after each one. Its hints help when a check fails. When you are ready, compare your code with this solution.
