Pulse before and after exercise

A class counted their pulse for $15$ s while sitting, and again after a minute of running on the spot. You will turn the counts into heart rates, find how much each rate went up, and name the student whose rate went up most. Then the program draws the two rates side by side.

The idea. A minute is four times $15$ s, so a heart rate is the count times $4$.

Your tasks.

1. Set rest to the heart rate of each student while sitting.
2. Set rise to how much each heart rate went up after running.
3. Set most to the name of the student whose rate went up the most.
