A breathing record

Kavya counts her breaths for ten minutes. She rests for the first five minutes. Then she runs up the stairs, sits down, and goes on counting. You will find her breathing rate at rest, the minute with the most breaths, and the air she breathed in all. Then the program draws her record.

The idea. The rate at rest is the average of the first five counts. Each breath holds about $0.5$ L of air.

Your tasks.

1. Set rest_rate to the average number of breaths in a minute over the first five minutes.
2. Set busiest_minute to the minute, counted from 1, with the most breaths.
3. Set total_air to the litres of air breathed in all ten minutes.
