Try it on paper first. A hint, the key idea and the worked solution are here when you need them.
Check these five names by the rules of binomial nomenclature (two words, the genus starts with a capital letter, the epithet with a small letter): Pisum sativum, pisum sativum, Pisum Sativum, Cicer arietinum, Vigna.
Binomial nomenclature (Linnaeus): two Latin words, the genus and the specific epithet. In print both are in italics; by hand each word is underlined separately. The genus starts with a capital letter, the epithet with a small one, and the author comes last in short form, for example Linn. Plants follow the ICN, and animals the ICZN.
Have you tried it?
Work it out on paper first. It is fine to get stuck or make a mistake: that is how we learn. When you are ready, go through the solution one step at a time, and check each step against your own.
Step 1. Correct. Pisum sativum and Cicer arietinum.
Step 2. Wrong. pisum sativum has a small genus; Pisum Sativum has a capital epithet; Vigna is only one word.
