Try it on paper first. A hint, the key idea and the worked solution are here when you need them.
Ten animals are sorted by class. The bat, the whale and the mongoose are Mammalia. The kingfisher and the owl are Aves. The beetle, the wasp, the dragonfly and the termite are Insecta. The gecko is Reptilia. How many animals are in each class? Which class is the biggest, and what fraction of all the animals is in it?
The four basic processes of taxonomy are characterisation, identification, classification and nomenclature. Classification groups organisms by easily observable characters. Systematics, from the Latin systema, also takes the evolutionary relationships between organisms into account.
