One mole holds $N_A = 6.022 \times 10^{23}$ particles. $n = \dfrac{m}{M}$ and $N = n \times N_A$ . To count atoms, multiply the molecules by the atoms in one molecule. The mass of one particle is $\dfrac{M}{N_A}$ .
