Try it on paper first. A hint, the key idea and the worked solution are here when you need them.
For each reaction, give the oxidation numbers before and after for the elements that change, name the element oxidised and the element reduced, and name the oxidising and reducing agents: (a) ; (b) ; (c) ; (d) .
Five kinds: combination, decomposition, displacement, disproportionation (one element goes up and down) and comproportionation (two states of one element become one). If no oxidation number changes, it is not a redox reaction.
Have you tried it?
Work it out on paper first. It is fine to get stuck or make a mistake: that is how we learn. When you are ready, go through the solution one step at a time, and check each step against your own.
Step 1. (a). Zinc goes , so it is oxidised and Zn is the reducing agent. Hydrogen goes , so it is reduced and HCl is the oxidising agent.
Step 2. (b). Sulfur in goes (oxidised), so is the reducing agent. Sulfur in goes (reduced), so is the oxidising agent.
Step 3. (c). Nitrogen in is . It goes to (reduced) and to (oxidised). is both agents.
Step 4. (d). Iron goes (reduced), so is the oxidising agent. Carbon goes (oxidised), so CO is the reducing agent.
Answer: as above. (b) is a comproportionation and (c) is a disproportionation.
