The book has asha and ravi. What happens with contacts["zoya"]?

contacts["zoya"] raises a KeyError, because zoya is not a key.

Two safe ways:

1. contacts.get("zoya") gives None. We can give our own answer too: contacts.get("zoya", "not in the book").
2. Put the lookup in try and catch except KeyError.
