Water in a thin tube

How high does water climb in glass tubes of different widths, and how far is mercury pushed down? You will make the program find the rise of water and of mercury for tubes from $0.05\ \text{mm}$ to $1.0\ \text{mm}$ in radius, and the tube in which water climbs exactly $10\ \text{cm}$.

The idea. $h = \dfrac{2S\cos\theta}{\rho gr}$. Water on clean glass: $S = 0.072\ \text{N/m}$, $\theta = 0^\circ$. Mercury: $S = 0.465\ \text{N/m}$, $\theta = 140^\circ$, $\rho = 13\,600\ \text{kg/m}^3$.

Your tasks.

1. Work out h_water, the rise of water in every tube.
2. Work out h_merc, the rise of mercury (it comes out negative: a fall).
3. Find the radius of the tube in which water rises $10\ \text{cm}$.
