The heating curve of water

The program heats $0.8\ \text{kg}$ of ice from $-10\ ^\circ\text{C}$ until it is steam at $110\ ^\circ\text{C}$, and draws the heating curve. You will work out the heat for the two flat parts, the melting and the boiling, and the total heat.

The idea. Warming: $Q = m \times c \times \text{(rise)}$. A change of state: $Q = mL$, with $L_f = 3.34 \times 10^{5}\ \text{J/kg}$ and $L_v = 2.26 \times 10^{6}\ \text{J/kg}$. The temperature stays the same while the state changes.

Your tasks.

1. Find melt, the heat in joules to melt the ice at $0\ ^\circ\text{C}$.
2. Find boil, the heat in joules to boil the water at $100\ ^\circ\text{C}$.
3. Find total, the heat for all five stages together.
