The cycle timer

A list gives the phases of a cardiac cycle with their times in seconds. You will find the length of the cycle, the share of a phase, and the phase at any time.

The idea. The cycle repeats, so a time after the end of the cycle goes back to the start.

Your tasks.

1. Finish total. It gives the length of the whole cycle in seconds.
2. Finish share. It gives the per cent of the cycle taken by a phase.
3. Finish phase_at. It gives the name of the phase at the time t, even when t is more than one cycle.
