Temporary names for heavy elements

You will write the two functions that give the temporary IUPAC name and symbol of an element from its atomic number.

The idea. Join the roots of the digits and add ium. The i of bi and tri is dropped before ium, and the n of enn is dropped before nil. The symbol is the first letter of each root.

Your tasks.

1. In iupac_name, return the name, with a capital first letter.
2. In iupac_symbol, return the symbol.
