Reading a seed trial

A table gives five treatments tried on $200$ seeds each, with the number of seeds that germinated. You will find the best treatment, count the seeds that stay dormant, and write a small function.

The idea. A treatment that wakes many seeds tells you what the block in the seed is.

Your tasks.

1. Set best to the name of the treatment with the most seeds germinated.
2. Set dormant to the number of seeds that stay dormant after the treatment "cold, moist".
3. Finish extra. It gives how many more seeds germinate with a treatment than with "none".
