Potato in salt water

Six potato cylinders of 5.00 g each spent one hour in salt solutions of different strength. You will find the percent change in mass of each, the solutions where the potato gained mass, and the salt level where the mass would not change.

The idea. Percent change = (after − before) ÷ before × 100. Where the change crosses zero, the solution matches the potato cells.

Your tasks.

1. Set change to the percent change for each cylinder.
2. Set gained to the salt values where the change is positive.
3. Set isotonic to the salt level where a straight line between the two nearest points crosses zero.
