Lifting a load to different heights

A load of $14\ \text{kg}$ is lifted at a steady speed to heights from $0\ \text{m}$ to $5\ \text{m}$. You will make the program find the force needed, the work for each height, and the first height where the work reaches $300\ \text{J}$. Then it draws the work against the height.

The idea. At a steady speed the lifting force equals the weight, $mg$, so the work is $W = mgh$: a straight line through zero.

Your tasks.

1. Work out weight, the force needed, in newtons.
2. Inside the loop, work out W, the work to lift the load to the height h, in joules.
3. Find first, the first height on the list where the work is $300\ \text{J}$ or more.
