Impedance and phase in code

You will write three small functions about a series LCR circuit. They use $Z = \sqrt{R^2 + (X_L - X_C)^2}$ and $\tan\phi = (X_L - X_C)/R$.

The idea. All the quantities are in ohm. The phase angle is positive when the circuit is inductive, which means the current lags. The functions math.sqrt and math.atan2 may help.

Your tasks.

1. In impedance, return the impedance in ohm.
2. In phase_degrees, return the phase angle in degrees. It is negative for a capacitive circuit.
3. In kind, return the word "inductive", "capacitive" or "resistive".
