Hot and cold reactions

Two reactions are carried out in $100\ \text{g}$ of water each, and the temperature is read every minute. You will make the program find the biggest rise of the hot mixture, the biggest fall of the cold one, and the heat given out by the hot reaction. Then it draws both.

The idea. A rise in temperature means an exothermic reaction; a fall means an endothermic one. The heat is $Q = m c \Delta T$, with $c = 4.18\ \text{J/(g K)}$.

Your tasks.

1. Find rise, the highest temperature of the hot mixture minus its starting temperature.
2. Find fall, the starting temperature of the cold mixture minus its lowest temperature.
3. Find Q, the heat in joules given out by the hot reaction.
