Crack the code by trying every shift

The program tries all 26 shifts of a secret, counts the common English words in each answer, and keeps the shift with the most words.

Try this: write a short secret of your own with a shift of 6, and put it in secret. Does the program find it? Add more words to the set common if it does not.
