A village health survey

A health worker visits ten households in a village and notes whether each one has clean drinking water. You will count the households with clean water and find the percentage. Then you will list the households that need help.

The idea. Percentage = part $\div$ whole $\times$ $100$.

Your tasks.

1. Set with_water to the number of households that have clean water.
2. Set water_percent to the percentage of the households that have clean water.
3. Set needs_help to the list of house numbers, counted from $1$, of the households without clean water.
