A limiting reagent function

Ammonia burns in oxygen in the first step of making nitric acid: $4\text{NH}_3 + 5\text{O}_2 \rightarrow 4\text{NO} + 6\text{H}_2\text{O}$. You will write a function that takes the moles of the reactants and returns the limiting reagent, the moles of each product and the moles of the excess left.

The idea. Rounds of the equation $=$ moles $\div$ coefficient. The smallest is the extent. Products: extent $\times$ coefficient. Left over: moles $-$ extent $\times$ coefficient.

Your tasks.

1. Fill rounds with the rounds for each reactant.
2. Set limiting to the reactant with the fewest rounds, and extent to its rounds.
3. Fill made with the moles of each product.
4. Fill left with the moles of each reactant left over.
